When will we tire of the braying catcalls of depraved desire?
When will our appetites be sated on the life-imparting sustenance of truth and love?
When will out hearts burn for justice and our eyes seek grace and know beauty as such?
Not often on this side of the horizon, I suspect.

I got rid of cable television and I can't say I miss it. I miss a few shows, but I like the ability to be selective about what I watch (as well as my children) vs. being subjected to the whims of what our culture calls "entertainment".
